Shuffle all the cards and deal seven to each player. Put the remaining cards face down to form the draw pile, then flip the top card over to start the discard pile. On your turn, play a card that matches the top card by color or number, and use action cards to skip a turn, reverse the direction, or make opponents draw extra cards. The first player to get rid of all their cards wins the round.
